Each unit is fully customised to order to ensure the highest quality finish.

Below are the details of our shipping process:

Processing Time:

All units are made to order.

  • Orders require 14–18 business days for processing.
  • This includes sourcing, custom colouring (if applicable), bleaching, plucking, styling, and final quality checks.
  • Processing begins once payment has cleared.

Please note that processing times may extend slightly during high-demand periods.

Shipping Time:

Shipping begins once your order has been dispatched.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • 5–8 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimated timeframe: 19–26 business days

🇺🇸 United States

  • 7–9 business days after dispatch (International Express – Tracked & Insured)
  • Total estimated timeframe: 21–27 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.

    🇬🇧 United Kingdom

    • Free shipping on orders over £50

    🇺🇸 United States

    • International Express (Tracked & Insured): Flat rate applied at checkout

    Tracking Information:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
    • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

    Customs & Duties (US Orders)

    • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
    • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Incorrect Addresses:

    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
    • 247 Luxe Lab is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

    Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier service, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
    • If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
    • We will assist with claims where possible.

    International Shipping:

    • At the moment, we only ship within the UK and US.
